After moving into an old home, I needed old standard toilets replaced with upgraded touch-less toilets in both bathrooms.
Received a quick response and was able to schedule an appointment for next day. The plumber was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. He installed the first toilet with no issues but after installing the second, he found it did not work. He went over and beyond by calling the manufacturer and it was found to be defective. They were willing to send new parts but I wanted home depot to send a new one since there may have been more unseen issues. The gentleman told me once the new one is delivered to give him a call and he will come back to install it no extra charge. I called once delivered and he came right out and installed it with no issues.

He got back to me quickly, even though it was later in the day. He had to leave to get some materials at Home Depot, but he wasn't gone too long. He had to crawl under my building, which is not an easy task, as there is very little space. He replaced the faulty part of the burst pipe and ensured there were no leaks before leaving. He warranted the labor and materials. I have no complaints.

I truly appreciated Anthony coming to repair the gas problems that I incurred because it was a must. I just didn’t appreciate being quoted one price and it turned out being a totally different price once the job was done. I had already pulled rabbits out of so many hats to get the money for the original quote, but then having to find one more hat to get more was so difficult but I thank God that He answered my prayers. Also, being told that my hot water heater will need a new clicker but not to call him to do it was unexpected.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will always have the owener of the company doing the work. I will take the time to discuss your needs and work with you to ensure you get what you need at the right price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to more than 30 years of e⅝xperience, I have been trained through the NYC plumbers apprenticeship program. I aslo trained as a plumber in the US Coast Guard which required several schools offered by the Coast Guard and the Navy. Last but not least, I have attended several courses in instaltion, maintenance, and repair of water heaters, both tank and tankless as well as many other courses like radiant heating, natural gas BBQ conversions, and hole home generator install.
