- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of work, materials required, job complexity, and the time needed to complete the project properly. I aim to provide fair, honest, and competitive pricing with clear communication so customers understand what is included. Any additional work outside the original scope is discussed before moving forward. I believe in transparency, quality workmanship, and delivering value for the investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with speaking with the customer about their project goals, then scheduling a time to see the job in person if needed. From there, I assess the work, take measurements, discuss options, and provide a clear estimate. Once the job is approved, we schedule the work, communicate throughout the project, and focus on completing the job professionally, efficiently, and with attention to detail from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from real-world, hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, and repair work. Over the years, I’ve built knowledge in multiple trades by working directly on residential improvement projects and learning the proper methods, materials, and jobsite practices needed to deliver solid results. I continue to grow through experience, industry knowledge, and staying committed to doing the job the right way.
