Malik. and his team were beyond diligent to their services. Malik's team was meticulous and very attentive on every aspect of the project. From keeping me informed in every single process, as well as giving me real time updates. Above and Beyond is not even enough to say what they did, When it came to removal of debris and wood etc., from flooding. They were very rapid with their process to remove all of the above, When it came to the mold remediation, the Chemicals and The equipment was state of the art. Every single aspect of this job was executed flawlessly. Malik from the beginning of this process treated me as not just a friend, But more like a partner in this project. I reached out to 1st response along with a few other companies but I decided to go with 1st response. Reasoning being when I spoke with someone over the phone they seemed genuinely concerned with my needs, I didn’t feel like just another customer. When they arrived to my home to do the clean up, they where on time (actually a few minutes early), dressed very professional, and took the time to understand my needs. They tried their best to salvage all my sentimental items as best they could and for that I greatly appreciate it. Overall great company and I would highly recommend!!
