Bobby L. Greene Plumbing, Heating And Cooling is a family business that began in Shreveport well over 60 years ago. Bobby and his wife, Doris, began working out of their home with an old typewriter, a card table, and one truck.
Public demand allowed him to grow and today the family business includes a number of family members, several employees, and vehicles.

Several years ago, Ricky took over the everyday operation of the company for his father. Both of Ricky’s sons, Justin and Michael, have earned their Master’s Plumbers Licenses and share daily responsibilities along with their Dad. Like the rest of the Greene family, Justin and Michael have worked since they were 8 years old learning the business from the ground up.

Wesley and Bo were great in servicing a tankless water heater as well as explaining their service plan which covered both the water heater and HVAC. I signed up for Bobby Greenes service plan.Balbo serviced my HVAC. Also great and performed a comprehensive servicing of my unit inside and outside.

Wesley and Austin did an amazing job on our new tankless water heater! They kept us informed every step of the way. Both were professional and on-point the entire install. They made sure to clean up after finishing the job. They answered all our questions and told us to let them know if we had any questions. Wesley even stated if you find something about our work that needs fixed be sure to call me back...I'll come fix it. Not many would offer the if I oops'd let me fix it! HAPPY CUSTOMERS FOR SURE!

I woke up Saturday morning (holiday weekend) with water seeping out from underneath my toilet and out of my shower drain. I called and they had someone at my house within 2 hours. Terron was able to fix the problem quickly and did an incredible job. He was the absolute best and made me feel much better about an unfortunate situation. I will request Terron every single time. I cannot recommend him or or Bobby L Greene plumbing enough!!
