always had a hard time with receipts for payment, not very organized. she started out very good willing to help with a lot. then she forgot things had problems with contract. she had an emergency in her family and we understood but she would not answer us for a long while then when she did she told us she could not deal with it right now. we asked for our money back so to give her her time to grieve or get through what she was doing because I felt she couldn't give the attention needed to complete the wedding with everything that was going on. she deposited a check in our account which was no good and cost us more money and with other contacts with her saying she was returning the money and she never did then stop answering us all together and completely ignored us. I understand things happen but come on be professional about your business and do not rip people off. She did not do our wedding, I had to make other arrangements. Hopefully she will get her stuff together , she is really nice but not very organized or truthful.
