The job was installing new vents, replacing duct work and resealing areas where rust had taken hold. I used to feel a breeze under my house because of how many open areas there were in my duct work. Darryl was prompt with responding to my request for a tech to come out, and was flexible to work around my unusual work schedule as a photographer (who often gets last minute bookings or cancellations). He came over and figured out the issues and gave me options that fit my situation both financially and realistically based on my home size and layout. He and his team were able to come and replace the outside unit and attic HVAC system completely in just a few hours, which was great as my AC unit went out at the start of summer heat. Darryl was easy to talk to and was very knowledgable and willing to answer any questions I had about the system, process, or operation. Overall I'm extremely happy with the experience and I'm still enjoying the system 3 months later. Thank you Darryl and the Day and Knight team!
