Jim is a real pro entertainer. He knows how to work his audience and who to pull into the routine. He stays in control of the show and makes sure you get your monies worth! Very talented and flexible as he will work the show however you wish and he's proved he's really good with a very diverse group. You won't be disappointed.May 16, 2016Verified
Jim Chester performance was excellent! He integrated our Men's Ministry theme Steadfast Men Serving God into his magic show and message of hope. He entertained both children and adults. Tyrone DeNeal, Chairman Men's Ministry Shaw Temple AME Zion Church.Jun 16, 2015Verified
Great experience for my son. Thank you so much for making his 16th birthday a special day that he will remember for a long time and for taking the time to speak with him afterwards. He's planning on talking to his principal to see if he can perform the "thumb trick" during red ribbon week:)Feb 9, 2015Verified
Was hired for our company Christmas party, and did a great job! Was on time, quick to set up and was exactly what we were looking for. Family friendly and did great in a crowd of adults and small children. Would hire again and recommend to a friend.Dec 15, 2014Verified
WOW, I really picked the right entertainer. So thankful I chose Jim for my sons birthday. We are still scratching our heads, wondering how he does his magic. I would recommend his services to anyone.Sep 30, 2014Verified
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was a marketing major at Florida State University enabling me to view programs from the client's perspective. I was a theology major at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary giving me the education to present the gospel with depth and clarity. And I worked for years on comedy stages across the country developing my improv skills and ability to deal with the unexpected.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Check references, look for years of experience, and consider the literacy of the website. If an entertainer can't spell he may not be able to deliver a quality presentation.
