- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cakes are custom made, thus, pricing varies per cake.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with all customers, whether in person or over the phone, to discuss individual cake preferences and design, pricing and delivery details. Once these details are agreed upon and confirmed, my customers sign a cake contract as well as provide a 50% deposit up front. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event. I make it a point to be available to my customers for any questions/concerns or changes to cake design.

I have done cakes for weddings, birthday parties (kids and adults) as well as baby showers.
