We believe in upfront, transparent pricing no hidden fees. You’ll always know the cost before work begins. For larger projects, we provide detailed estimates and discuss options so you can make the best choice for your budget. We also offer seasonal promotions for ongoing savings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs, concerns, and timeline. From there, we inspect the work area, explain our findings, and provide clear solutions with upfront pricing. Once the work begins, we communicate progress along the way and finish by testing everything thoroughly. We leave the space clean, and make sure the customer feels confident about the work performed before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve completed years of hands-on training in residential and commercial electrical work, including code compliance, safety standards, and specialized service channel requirements. Our team at South Point Electrical stays current with the National Electrical Code and manufacturer certifications, and we continually train on new products and technologies.
