Its literally their name, Good Call!!Moved into a new home and called for a 2nd opinion on my HVAC system as the 1st company wanted to push just replacing the system. So glad I did!! Not only did Eric come out and meet the available time I had, he still managed to service everything and go through all of the findings. In addition, Eric was able to provide pics to review while explaining the findings. When I asked if he could have the office send over a quote, he said I can do that right now for you. He went through each item line by line and sent me a quote for the repairs to be scheduled at a later date. NO pressure to get the repairs done immediately and NO pressure to push me towards replacing the system. So impressed with the quality and honesty that I signed up for a membership with Good Call!!

I have been having troubles with my unit leaking from the intake vent to the point were it ruined my ceiling had 3 companies come out and no one could figure out what was going on with it they all told me everything looked fine and not sure why it was leakingCalled Good call and got someone to come out quickly they gave me a 2 hour window and they were on time and called before they came our tech was very knowledgeable and was able to figure out what was wrong with the unit with in 15 minutes of being hereHe came talk to us and explained that our unit was clogged and making it overflow thats why it was dripping so bad to were it was filling up buckets we asked for the price of it to be fixed the service charge was $98 for them to come out to check the system but if he did the work today they wave the fee and its just the cost of the repair we'll when I asked him well how much is this going to be thinking he was about to say a few hundred dollars I was shocked when he said service for today was only $148 and that covered the fee of him coming out and fixing the system i couldn't believe itAfter we agreed to have him fix the problem he worked quickly and had it done in no time from the time he was here and the problem being fix was less than 2 hoursEric was very professional and knowledgeable about his work and well mannered explained everything he did and said if we had anymore problems after he left to call and he would come right back to check it out but said he was sure that the problem was resolvedGood call will definitely be our go to for any kind of hvac work for now on and will recommend them to anyone looking for ac work I want to thank Good call for their quick response and service definitely made a stressful situation as pleasant as possible and I thank you

My AC broke. I called two companies. One didnt call me back and one said three days out. I gave a call to GOOD CALL and they showed up right away to fix my system. They also cleaned my system while they were there. The lady on the phone was very friendly and the technician was very friendly. Also a really good price. Definitely would recommend them to my friends and family. Pleas give GOOD CALL a call for all your ac and heating needs! 100% satisfied

We have multiple team members with years of experience in the skilled trades. Our combined experience is over 50 years. We have serviced Thibodaux and the surrounding parishes with previous companies since the 1960s.
