- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. I take a minimum of 20 hours per year as a requirement.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend of mine was talking about an inspector once. I believe it was along the lines of how the inspector saved him the misery of buying a house that would have completely drained his bank account in home repairs. Also how the inspector was worth every penny. So, I thought I would try it out. I went through the whole process of getting licenced with all the training and so on. Now, I'm loving the "job". It is truly my passion.
