- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I do. I generally estimate based on the number of bathrooms and square footage how many hours I will spend cleaning. Below are my price break downs. Reoccurring Cleans on a 2 week basis- $25/hour Deep Cleans- $30/ hour Move Out/In Cleans- $35/hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer always presents new opportunities and challenges. In order to make the process go as smoothly as possible, I prefer to either do a FREE walk through prior the first cleaning, or to have a detailed description of the space and the expectations of me provided prior to entering the home. Moving forward, I hope to fulfill each expectation of my new clients and be consistent with every clean. I strive to reach the places that aren't fun to clean! Like sweeping and mopping under the couches, vacuuming the furniture upon request, and changing your duvet weekly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of cleaning experience in Louisiana and Colorado at medical facilities and in homes. I feel very confident that I can safely provide you with any sort of detail cleaning you desire!
