- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Culinary Arts has always been a passion of mine, ever since I was a teenager. I enjoy cooking and seeing the reaction of those who have eaten my creations. I enjoy pleasing people in the simplest fashion, through food.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Years ago, I hosted a Dessert Party at a local bar. It was a spread of delectable desserts, from a simple brownie to a more complex Pecan Pie Cake. There was truffles, pies, cookies, basically anything sweet was there. The party was just for fun, and it was a ground breaking experience for me.
