I hired Veronica to cook a three course dinner for a Holiday Dinner Party and she did such an amazing job that all of my friends could not stop talking about how good the food was and they all took some home. The menu consisted of Crab Cake and Boudin with remoulade and Steen's Cane Syrup sauce over mixed greens for the appetizer, the main dish was a beautifully roasted Prime Filet with a side of roasted potatoes and haricot vert, and the dessert blew everyone away with a salted caramel chocolate tart. The timing of the dishes was perfect and there wasn't a single lull in the meal, everything was a high note. If you want amazing food with impeccable service, a charming personality, and a very personable chef, then Veronica is absolutely the chef you need!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Culinary Arts has always been a passion of mine, ever since I was a teenager. I enjoy cooking and seeing the reaction of those who have eaten my creations. I enjoy pleasing people in the simplest fashion, through food.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Years ago, I hosted a Dessert Party at a local bar. It was a spread of delectable desserts, from a simple brownie to a more complex Pecan Pie Cake. There was truffles, pies, cookies, basically anything sweet was there. The party was just for fun, and it was a ground breaking experience for me.
