He showed up within 15 minutes of the appointment time. I told him the issue was a water leak. I wasn’t sure where. I helped him move the refrigerator out, turned on the water and right away he found the pinhole leak. Said he would be back after he go the part. That took 5-10 minutes. He left and returned within 15 minutes. Cut the tubing and stuck the connector between the two pieces. I turned the water back on, it didn’t leak. He was gone in 10 minutes. Total cost $99 service call plus $55 for plastic connection. Total cost $154 for 1/2 hr.
