Zach did an amazing job installing an AC unit and bringing back to life the second AC unit. He was on time, professional, and kept us up to date on what he was doing. I highly recommend them.

He showed up within 15 minutes of the appointment time. I told him the issue was a water leak. I wasn’t sure where. I helped him move the refrigerator out, turned on the water and right away he found the pinhole leak. Said he would be back after he go the part. That took 5-10 minutes. He left and returned within 15 minutes. Cut the tubing and stuck the connector between the two pieces. I turned the water back on, it didn’t leak. He was gone in 10 minutes. Total cost $99 service call plus $55 for plastic connection. Total cost $154 for 1/2 hr.

If you want fast, reliable and friendly service this is the place to be! He came and fixed my ac after hours so that we didnt have to sleep in the heat! 10/10 recommend!

Our experience with this company was one of professionalism. They replaced our entire cooling and heating system along with new duct work. They were quick to respond to any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend Havens for any air and heating needs.

I called Havens when our A/C unit wasnt cooling properly, and they were able to come quickly and see exactly what was going on. Their tech, Ethan, was professional, friendly and took care of the issues right away. Highly recommend!!
