Had to be prompted to start and finish job. On the last day his sub contractor broke the new slab moving an excavator. The contractor still hasn’t been to inspect the damage or make a plan for repair.

My whole transaction
We discussed on the demolition work for the property in Baton Rouge. I recall that you promised a demonlition of the property before the city was scheduled to do it.
We scheduled a meeting with to discuss the payment of $1500.00 that was sent to you via Walmart to Walmart, as well as the agreed-upon scope of work. That was for the start and the other 1500 was gonna be done afterwards. But my job situation held up payments as scheduled. So I sent 1250.00 with the promise i would have the remaining balance on the Thursday if the full demo.
After sending the initial payments, I experienced difficulty contacting you via calls and text messages when I attempted to send the remaining balance. I was finally able to reach you, and you informed me that you were unwell but would commence work on the house on Monday, with my arrival scheduled for Thursday.
Upon visiting the property on that Thursday, I discovered that the house had already been demolished by the city. Despite your promise to begin work on Monday, I received no prior communication about this.
I attempted to contact you again on Thursday via calls and text messages. You responded to my text, stating that rain was delaying the work, which did not align with the actual weather conditions. I then inquired about the possibility of a full or partial refund of my payment, given that no work had been performed. My message was read, but there was no further response or contact from you. Subsequent calls were directed to voicemail.
While my next course of action would typically involve pursuing this matter through civil court, I am hoping to resolve this amicably. I genuinely believed you were a reliable individual who operates with integrity. Please be aware that I have kept records of all communications and texts to support my claim.
I look forward to hearing from you soon to discuss a resolution.
Sincerely,
Steven D. Allen

Jesse poured a patio for me, and what a fine job he did! Doing this was nothing for him, despite the fact that did it all by himself. Hes a very hardworker, so did it just like I wanted no matter what it took. It took a little longer than it would if he had a crew, but we were in no hurry, and trusted that Jesse would meet up to our standards. We were so happy with the finished product. I will continue to use him for my concrete work, plus more.
