FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Really it's just based on the job itself and what all it consist of. I definitely try to be more than fair with my pricing and my work is second to none.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first thing I believe is a must is to meet them at the Jobsite so we can introduce ourselves in person. Then it gives us a chance to do a walk around to see exactly what & how they need things done. After that it's about staying in communication and work on there schedule and not mine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Kelley's Lawn Service several years ago and I had the luxury of the owner taking me under his wings and showed me absolutely everything from taking care of lawns to running a lawn business. He knew my work ethic and the quality that I put out and he put me in charge of running all of his lawn crews.
