He took the time to thoroughly explain what caused the problem and walked me through exactly what needed to be done to fix it. I really appreciated how patient he was in answering my questions and explaining every detail in a way that was easy to understand.
The pricing was fair and appropriate for the work performed, especially considering the emergency nature of the call. The work was completed efficiently and carefully, and my electricity was restored without any issues. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable electrician.
