- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t offer discounts. Our pricing is designed to reflect consistent quality, reliable scheduling, and the level of care required to maintain a home properly over time. Rather than competing on price, we focus on delivering dependable results, clear communication, and long-term value for our recurring clients. Our rates are transparent, with no hidden fees, and are based on the size of the home, scope of work, and service frequency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing the information provided with the initial inquiry. If we need additional details, we follow up to better understand the home, the customer’s expectations, and the level of care required. Based on that information, we provide clear pricing and service options. Once the customer reviews and approves the proposal, we begin with an initial deep cleaning. This sets the home to our standard and establishes a consistent baseline. From there, we transition into a recurring schedule, typically weekly or bi-weekly. We maintain the same level of care each visit and regularly check in for feedback to ensure expectations continue to be met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sandra has over 10 years of hands-on experience in residential cleaning, having worked with a wide range of homes, standards, and client expectations. Over the years, she developed a strong understanding of proper cleaning methods, product use, and the level of consistency required for long-term home care. In 2025, she chose to launch her own business with a clear focus on recurring residential clients, applying the experience and systems she built over the past decade to deliver dependable, high-quality service on a consistent schedule.
