At TrustBuilt Construction, we provide transparent and competitive pricing. We offer free estimates for most projects, and our rates are based on the complexity and scope of work. If any unforeseen issues arise during the project, we ensure the customer is informed and any changes are discussed beforehand. We occasionally offer seasonal discounts for certain services, so it’s always worth asking about current promotions. There are no hidden fees, and we always provide clear written agreements outlining the cost breakdown.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to understand your needs and goals for the project. After assessing the site, we provide a detailed estimate and timeline for completion. Once approved, we schedule the work and provide a contract for your review. Throughout the project, we ensure open communication to address any concerns and keep you updated on progress. After the job is completed, we conduct a final walk-through to ensure you are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
TrustBuilt Construction is a relatively new company, but the crew we work with has years of experience, typically ranging from 5 to 12 years, specializing in services such as decks, porches, home renovations, and more. We hold both HIC (Home Improvement Contractor) and CSL (Construction Supervisor License) licenses, ensuring we comply with all local regulations and industry standards. Our team is fully trained in OSHA safety procedures, and their extensive experience in the same type of work every day ensures that each project is handled professionally and to the highest standard.
