The first two visits went reasonably well, and the work performed met our expectations. Based on that experience, we scheduled recurring service.
Unfortunately, there have been multiple no-shows since then. We also reached out to confirm the schedule and were advised that the lawn service would be completed that same week; however, the service was not performed and there was no follow-up communication regarding the missed appointment.
