Seven Stones Leadership Group

About this pro

Supporting human beings who are up to great things is an honor and a privilege. I love most having the opportunity to participate in peoples/organizations hopes and dreams for some period of time and being part of how they come to life. I love hearing, "When we began I thought you were crazy for thinking we could do this. But we did."

    Q & A

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are committed to building and sustaining our business inside of sufficiency. This has led us to think about currency and forms of exchange, our relationships with those we work with and how to communicate this. Though our thinking continues to evolve, currently we ask our clients to choose how much and in what form to pay for our services. We call the choices Investment, Valuing, Honoring and Exchange. It is an experiment we implemented early in 2010. It has lead us to deepen our conversation with our clients, vendors and amongst ourselves to engage in relationships where there is no hiding, and where we speak our truth and say 100% of what we need 100% of the time. We have made and received bold requests for exchanges and have found ourselves diving deeper and deeper into the inquiry of what is enough? Investment When you pay our Investment fee to Seven Stones you are paying for our founders and collaborators to care for their families. Investment allows us to invest in our business, pay our vendors and staffers a living wage while we also attend to igniting and nourishing a global movement. It gives you, our client the opportunity to allocate your resources toward the people, organizations and conversations that you say are important. Your investment also allows us to allocate our resources toward the well being of future generations. We have a commitment that you receive an annual update about our collective investments. We expect all corporations to contribute at the Investment level. Valuing When you pay our Valuing fee to Seven Stones you are paying for our founders and collaborators to care for their families. Valuing allows us to invest in our business, pay our vendors and staffers a living wage. It gives you, our client the opportunity to bring value to yourself, or your organization, and gives recognition to the larger context. Honoring When you pay our Honoring fee to Seven Stones you are honoring your coaching relationship and paying towards a living wage for the coach. This allows you, the client the opportunity to honor your individual coach while remaining in integrity with your financial commitments. Exchange When we enter into an Exchange we allow for all of our needs to be discussed and we look at what gifts, resources and talents can be exchanged in a way for all to be cared for. The Exchange allows for money not to stop our working together, and it opens up alternative methods to value wealth and currency and to experiment unlinking time from money and explore the relational domain of exchange
