Leah, thank you so much for all your help with our move — you were amazing to work with from start to finish.
We came into the new house with a mountain of boxes and things that needed unpacking and organizing, and honestly, it felt overwhelming.
You planned the work thoughtfully and executed it so well that everything came together faster than we imagined. Every space now has a system that actually works for our family.
Thanks to you, we feel truly settled into our new place — and we love it. We’re so grateful for your help and would happily recommend you to anyone taking on a move or organizing project.”

Hiring Leah at Headspace Organizing was one of the best decisions I've made for my home.
I was genuinely embarrassed about the state of my guest room before she came over. It had quietly turned into a storage room, the kind of space you close the door on and try to ignore. In a few minutes of her arriving, she had completely put me at ease. Zero judgment, just a calm, encouraging vibe and a clear sense that we were going to figure it out together.
The best thing I discovered about Leah is that she wasn't born organized the way some people are. She lived in cluttered spaces herself, including with roommates, got sick of the chaos, and taught herself how to become organized. Now she has years of experience and a deep bag of tips to show for it. That is a fantastic role model in my book. There is hope for us clutterbugs, and it means she actually understands what it feels like to be on the other side of the mess.
Her ability to categorize and plan is honestly astonishing. I would still be staring at a pile trying to decide where to start, and she would already have it sorted into clear, logical groups. At the same time, she always checks in and gets your say on what you want to keep, donate, or no longer need. Nothing is decided for you. She makes the decisions feel manageable instead of overwhelming.
By the end I felt incredibly productive and 100 times better about my guest room, bathroom and kitchen. If a room has been weighing on you, hire them. You will not regret it, Headspace Organizing is worth every penny.

Leah did a great job organizing my craft space which had so much “stuff” that nothing was easy to find. I ended up using my kitchen table for crafting because it was so disorganized. Now everything has a place and I was able to do a good purge of things that I didn’t need or use.
Leah is very friendly and didn’t even mind that my kitten made it his responsibility to keep her entertained!
I would recommended Leah to anyone looking for some organizational help.

Thank you, Lynne! Your Craft Room was such a fun project, and it's an extra treat when a project includes a furry bonus-client!

Working with Leah to organize many different aspects of my home has been a very satisfying experience! She listens to what my needs are and makes the 'magic' happen. She has transformed the kids' play area so my kids know where to find things and know where to put them back when they are done-- and they do! She reorganized the girls' room so they each have their own dressing nook and work areas- and there's still some floor space for play. She streamlined my office organization and storage closet so that now everything has its place. She even made our kitchen and bathroom more neatly and efficiently organized. I can't say enough good things about Leah's work!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Headspace Organizing offers clients straight-time as well as an opportunity to capture savings: pay-you-go with the purchase of a time block (typically covering two sessions) or save hundreds (literally) with the purchase of a 25- or 40-Hour Savings package! The choice is yours!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The bulk of our work is made up of "soup-to-nuts", which is executed in three phases:
Phase One, Hands-On Discovery
Assessment, Decluttering, Initial Organization
Phase Two: Project Planning
Devising Solutions, Sourcing Materials, Building the Proposal
Phase Three, Hands-On Implementation
Handling( managing materials purchase, pick up, and delivery), Installation (materials assembly, execution of proposed systems), Wrap Up (labeling, removal of packaging, clean up)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Headspace Organizing was born when a background in visual merchandising met managing the homes of busy families as a professional nanny. Visual Merchandising is focused on the creation of beautiful and efficient systems - which is exactly what our homes so desperately need to help us live lives of function and peace!
