- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In-person on site estimates are $99 fully refunded if I earn your business. Virtual estimates are free of charge. My overall fees are in line with industry standards. I will not be the least or most expensive but you will receive the highest quality service backed by our service guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a day and time to assess your project together to obtain your objective effectively and efficiently. I will then either quote you a job price or an hourly rate based on the scope of the project. If satisfactory, we will get you scheduled for service typically within a week or two in most cases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed journeyman electrician since 2001. I hold Master Electricians License in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts along with my Universal EPA Certification with allows me to work with refrigerants. I have experience in just about all aspects of the electrical field and new ductless Heat and AC systems. As required, I attend continued education classes regularly to stay up to date with all codes and regulations pertaining to the industry.
