Christiano is a true professional. Great communication and responsive during the whole project. I was literally on a plane to Thailand and he said he couldn’t make the appt that day. Like a professional he called the tenant to make arrangements for another day. He even picked up the toilet from Home Depot for me to install. I greatly appreciated him being proactive and responsible. Really took the stress off my trip. I would hire him back in a NYC minute and will be using his services in the future! #He reached out quickly, gave me a much lower price than anyone else, and showed up the next morning on-time and had already picked up the materials ahead of time at Home Depot. He just became my "Go to guy" for all the small household jobs that I could probably handle on my own but it also seems easier/better to have a professional fix.
