Cristiano is great! Needed someone to come install a dishwasher and he was able to come out the same day. I ran into some issues with the product and was able to ask him for tips. He’s very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Cristiano replied to my Thumbtack posting right away. He came promptly, was really friendly and professional, noticed a problem I hadn't seen and offered to fix it, was happy to wait while I went to Home Depot to get the extra part, and showed me how to fix the problem myself if it happens again. All of this for an extremely reasonable price. I have to admit, I almost didn't go with him because his initial online communication was a little terse, but I'm really glad I did. He was fantastic in person and I will definitely contact him any future tasks like this.
