Rob was more than helpful in assisting me with my mini split install. He went above and beyond to help me make a mini split install possible when other companies were not willing to work with me. Rob provided guidance on what parts to buy and didnt try to upsell me on unnecessary items.Id describe Rob as an honest and transparent HVAC professional. Rob was amazing. After talking to several people about the heating, he was the only one who understood what my house needed. The stregth was that he understood I needed heating within a short time and came up with the solution within minutes of coming to my house. The best about him was there was no BS went to the point with a very reasonable heating cost replacement. I would highly recommend him to anyone having heating issues in the winter.
