Water Heater Repair or Maintenance

Let me know what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix before he did the job.

When our water heater broke over Memorial Day weekend, we called Rescue Force. Doug Wilkins came on Wednesday, replaced our leaking water heater with a new one, and did a wonderful job. He took away the broken heater, left the area in perfect condition, and answered all our questions. We highly recommend Doug Wilkins and Rescue Force. Jon and Helene Kwasie, Gloucester, MA

Heating System Repair or Maintenance

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not live up to their word, or schedule. Complete rip off on price and can barely answer as to why said job is so much

Heating System Repair or Maintenance

Required a heating assessment due to second floor lack of heat and a regular furnace maintenance. Was initially told it’s 99 dollars over the phone. Once the workers arrived and spend over 2 hours at the house. Worker told me at the end the bill is 229. This is different then I was told over the phone. The assessment is 99 dollars and the furnace maintenance is 129 dollars. This left me pretty upset as I was not advised of a separate fee before the service was conducted. If you hire this company make sure they quote you the proper price before hand.

These folks are terrific in response time, knowledgeable about what they do. Reasonably priced. Easy to get in touch with. I would not use anyone else

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are not your average company. We go above and beyond safety protocol by following manufacturers start up guidelines. We use a checklist on every job to provide the same safe, reliable, efficient, operation of each and every one of our clients systems. *Our $99 introductory fee includes the first half hour of diagnostic time. The cost will go up depending on depending on the type of problem you're having.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We gather clients information. We then ask them a few questions before beginning their service in order to best serve them. We give clients upfront repair pricing before undertaking any work.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have oil burner licenses, refrigeration licenses, and gas certifications. We continually take manufacturers training classes as well.

Not what you’re looking for?

No problem: we have pros for every job.
