I had a massive ceiling fan that needed to be raised up about 2ft. It was a job that clearly required 2 people. He brought an extra hand for help, showed up on time and kept me updated throughout the job. Both guys were courteous, clean, and knowledgeable of the task at hand. I also had some stuff that required haul away and he offered to do that for me as well. Overall, the job was done quick, on time, and came out masterfully! I will hire Lloyd and his son Jake again for any job around my house! Thank you guys!!!

Lloyd was responsive in communication. Provided home/handyman services dog-proofing my fence, fixed my doorbell setting up a new platform bed hung up blinds etc. he worked on 2 afternoons and I will definitely be calling him back for more projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a scheduling fee of $200 upfront, that will give you my services for up to 2 hrs.
That covers my 2 hour minimum. My rate for any additional hours is $85 an hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call to discuss project and give an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve enjoyed tinkering and hands on since i was a kid. Ive worked on just about everything!
