I offer household appliance repair, parts and/or services, and consultations.

I offer most types and brands of appliances, with parts warrantied by terms of manufacturer, and labor warrantied for the life of the appliance.

I have over three decades of repair experience. I offer parts for do-it-yourself projects. My approach is to listen, analyze, understand, and only then do I repair.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask friends,neighbors, and professionals in fields that encounter appliance repair service technicians for personal recommendations. Price shopping can be very misleading.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Different companies can have very different pricing structures. Some have separate travel fees; some have a "Service Fee"; some charge by time and round up to 15 or 30 minute segments, while others charge by the actual time accumulated. You should know how the fees are determined before committing to an appointment.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Besides getting a word of mouth referral, ask about the technician's experience, in general,and for the appliance in question.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Past history of repairs for that appliance, how it was behaving prior to the present problem, and the events that took place both before and after the problem appeared.
