I had the repair man come to my place to fix my dryer. The dryer is old over 15 years but it still got the clothes dried. It was making a loud squeaking sound as the drum was spinning. He took the whole drum out & found a old loose bolt making the drum wobble. It took him 3 hours to fix. The next day I went to use it filling it with laundry & it was worse than before. It was making a loud rumbling & squeaking sound. So I text him the problem and he came back over in 3 days and replaced some screws that didn't hold tight to the metal pieces that secures the drum. He felt bad that he didn't get it fixed the first time but he came back and was able to get it right afterwards because now it runs quietly. So this repairman is someone you can rely on and trust to get the job done right.

Jake got back to us really fast. He's easy to reach through Thumbtack. He came and spent a long time diagnosing the problem with our LG french door refrigerator and only charged for the service fee - not all the time he was here. He's ordering a part and already gave us a quote for the work. And we expect the repair will happen very quickly.
