My water heater broke . I called purified . And within a few hours they were here to replace it . I called a few company’s and purified was the best price by fair and they were also to come out the quickest . They were very professional and respectful of my time . the job came out quick and clean . No mess . I couldn’t even tell that anyone had been in the house . They left the house spotless
