Julia is a great instructor for beginners like me! She is patient, supportive and knowledgeable. She is making plans before each session and keep track on the progress.

Julia provided excellent service during two different coaching sessions, one focused on nutrition and another focused on specific exercises to help me improve my running. I found that she was attentive, personable, and very knowledgeable of different aspects of diet and exercise which helped me achieve some of my goals to lose weight and improve my leg strength, core, and running speed. She provided me with tools I can continue to use in my own training and is always available for additional questions. I would highly recommend her for personal training and nutrition consultations if you’re interested in taking things to the next level!

Julia is very knowledgeable about physical therapy. She worked with me to find a squat and Romanian dead lift form that worked for me. Her studio is very new and well equipped!

Julia is an incredible trainer and person.. I was always nervous about personal training because I get really self-conscious, but I’m so glad I met Julia. She has always made me feel super comfortable and never judged. She was also about to offer me some help with my nutrition/eating habits and it has been life changing. I highly recommend her as a trainer or nutrition coach but the package deal really helped me reach my goals and made it so I could make new goals.
