Introduction: My name is Eric Daddario. I have been a strength and conditioning coach for over five years. Throughout those five years I have worked with a wide rage of clients from middle school kids training for sports to grand parents looking to improve mobility stability and strength. I will tailor the program that I write out for you specifically for your needs. I wont just write up a program guessing what your needs are. What I will do is in our first session take you through a ten minutes screen looking at 10 key movements which will help me to have a baseline on where we should start in the program and what you need to work on. Also in our first session we will set goals to work toward and evaluate those goals and the progress every three months. If you’re looking to get stronger more stable better condition or more mobile or you just want to look in the summertime then I’m your guy. I look forward to hearing from you.
