- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required to take 12 hours of continuing education every two years, but most of us do more, since we need to stay ahead of the ever changing policy and rules in order to serve you responsibly.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I develop Action Plans to get home sellers ready, and help them find the resources they need to get the plan done. Then we work together toward the goal of selling the home in the time frame that works best for the client, usually very quickly! For home buyers, we first identify a list of needs and wants as well as a comfortable total monthly housing budget. Then we focus on properties that meet those criteria.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
More isn't always better. Imagine if you were trying to provide the same, high level of service to 20 customers at the same time instead of 3 or 4.
