- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very sympathetic to the fact that most people do not have thousands of dollars set aside in case they need an attorney! For this reason, I work out a payment arrangements. I also except credit cards, Venmo, PayPal and cashapp. Whenever possible I work on a flat fee basis so you will not need to stress about racking up a huge bill. Also, I now offer financing through affirm.
