Lino was great to work with from beginning to end. He was communicative, upfront, and worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner with a high level of quality. We are very happy with the transformation of our basement!

We have a newborn and had fallen severely behind on our cleanup and organizing - a year's worth. Even the prior year, we had no organizing. So it was two years of work and we essentially decided we needed help. Lino was the easiest to contact and most responsive. At the initial walkthrough, Lino gave us a vision and an estimate. He got the work done in budget, in time and the best part is our home. It looks better than it has looked since we moved in :). He accommodates any reasonable new request and does not quibble about unexpected surprises. It was a great experience. We made a new, lifelong acquaintance.

We started out just wanting to get the storage unit cleaned, but Lino proposed the painting idea that we eventually accepted and liked a lot. Our storage unit was very humid, so the paint did not stick to the concrete wall for the first time. Lino came back with one more coat without charging us more labor. We really like how it turned out.
