I don’t believe in diets, instead I work with clients to build menus based on seasonal organic products, legumes, whole grains, wild caught seafood, farm fresh produce, fresh squeezed juices, smoothies and other preferred foods.
I specialize in nutritional therapy through customized menus. I am open to work with a nutritionist or trainer to ensure you are meeting your dietary needs and helping you maintain your physique.
