Janine Duffy Yoga

A wife, mom, law grad, legal researcher and yoga addict all rolled into one! Janine Duffy is currently a “stay at home mom” to three sons. For over 4 years, Janine was a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston, MA. Janine was an English tutor for the Somerville Public Schools for children in 6th through 8th grades. She has been a teaching assistant for the Boston University Online Paralegal Program focusing on Corporate Law since 2005. Janine is certified to teach adult, prenatal and children’s yoga through The Radiant Yoga School, Radiant Child Yoga, Om Births Prenatal Yoga and Five Points Yoga. It was watching her son in his yoga classes with Checka that convinced me to become certified to teach children’s yoga. Seeing the difference in his attitude and alertness made a believer out of me that yoga is great for anyone of any age – especially children! Prenatal yoga is great! It helps make your body strong as well as prepare you mentally for the delivery of your baby.
