What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
🔥 We have many different packages available that varies based on individual's baseline, duration and comfort in commitment. We work with our clients to help them focus on their goals and journey by helping them with financials one or the other way and make it a non issue. 🔥 We are about 1/4th cost by design but secure highest quality of service to deliver best program and experience with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
🔥 You will be assigned a dedicated personal trainer and nutrition coach to help you start. You will be guided to book an initial consultation, evaluation and trial session. This will allow coach to understand your personal situation (injury, limitations and goals) and see if this is a good fit and you can enjoy the program while achieving great results. 🔥 Normally expect to give us 45 to 60 min in studio for personal training trial and evaluation session to see how we can help you and you can ask any and all questions you may have at that time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
🔥 We have qualified staff with not just Personal training certificate but bachelor's in health and fitness field plus some with 4 years of Nutrition education and are qualified nutritionist authorized in MA
