I am still a work in progress. I just started not too long ago with Amundsen Digital but so far I am very satisfied. One of the things I value most when I hire someone to do a job for me is punctuality/responsiveness. When James says he is going to call you at the certain time expect that it is going to call you at the time he said. So far what I have seen is that he puts all of his energy to work for you. He has a creative mind and when he sees that he can do things to improve the quality of what you may already have in place he makes sure to explain it to you in detail. I am a Personal Trainer and he is helping me with the social media aspect to help me generate some leads. Before even when I have my business facebook account I was not getting any leads myself but now after I hire James leads started coming in. Again so far I like what I have seen. Evie FL

Our work process generally goes like this.
1. Intake Meeting to understand your needs
2. We provide you with a detailed explanation of how the project will be done and with what timeline.
3. We put together a service agreement so we have a complete understanding as to how everything will work.
4. As the project is done you will be kept in the loop of our project through our project management software.
5. Project is completed for your review
6. Necessary revisions are made if any are necessary to deliver your project you will be delighted with.
