Introduction: I opened this Envision Estate Planning to bring relationships back to lawyering. The initial planning is just the start. We focus on developing a plan that works for you and the people you love. I do not believe in one-time transactional events. My process includes how you leave behind your intellectual, spiritual, and human assets. Our process builds a foundation for leaving behind a legacy of love while keeping your loved ones out of court and conflict.

Envision Estate Planning has truly become a staple in my Financial & Estate portfolio. Attorney Anderson brings a work ethic and value to his service offerings that is sure to make you a returning customer. I reached out to Mr. Anderson over a year ago to start my first will, and as a single parent the knowledge he has imparted on me has been priceless! I also appreciate that he is very flexible when scheduling appointments, and quite conscientious about the other obligations you have when attempting to fit legal matters into your hectic schedule.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All of our work involves flat fees that are transparent and discussed in advance. No fees will be discussed before a consultation. We are about relationships, not mere document production. We offer 10-15% discounts for seniors, first responders, military veterans, health care professionals, and teachers.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with a preliminary call or Zoom Meeting (approximately 15 minutes). This is designed to give prospective clients basic information about estate planning, discuss our process, and answer preliminary questions. If there is a match, we schedule a free, no-obligation consultation. We may ask for a credit card number to hold the appointment to prevent canceled appointments and ensure the seriousness of potential clients. The card is not charged, assuming no last-minute cancellation and the client fulfills the pre-meeting intake process.
