These days, service is so mediocre in general we should share the great experiences. Matthew I exceedingly knowledgeable (he actually studies) and one of the better natural techs I have ever seen. He totally broke down my 40 Yr. old Maytag and rebuilt it like new - bearings hubs, seals, etc. This is not a job a homeowner should try. I now have a great machine that will outlast almost all the new stuff out there. Put this guy on speed dial - for any appliance. He knows them all and fixes them all.

I sent my initial email to Matt in the middle of the afternoon and our dryer was fixed by 7pm that same night! He diagnosed the problem over the phone and came with the parts needed for the repair. Overall, it was a great experience and I won’t hesitate to call Matt again.

First time using this site to hire someone for a job. Needed a new agitator for my washing machine. Matt was very responsive , reasonably priced, knowledgeable. Standard diagnostic/trip fee is $100 parts/labor not included. Cash/check cash app Venmo Zelle are acceptable payment methods at this time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will exchange make/model serial # I will call for a pre-screen to gather all necessary information that will help complete the job same day, or quickly as possible.

I am a self taught highly professional, honest hard working individual. I'm always working on/off the clock in my spare time conducting research, and studies to better myself as a technician and a person to provide my customers with the best possible experience.
