- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard diagnostic/trip fee is $100 parts/labor not included. Cash/check cash app Venmo Zelle are acceptable payment methods at this time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will exchange make/model serial # I will call for a pre-screen to gather all necessary information that will help complete the job same day, or quickly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught highly professional, honest hard working individual. I'm always working on/off the clock in my spare time conducting research, and studies to better myself as a technician and a person to provide my customers with the best possible experience.
