- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's hard to give a quote without seen the house even though we know the size because sometimes a bigger house may cost less to clean then a smaller cluttered one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening carefully and understand what the client needs, then focusing on it so they'll notice that you paid attention to details! Every client have a different view and opinion and as a professional we have to respect this.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked many years for hotels in the past! In was a Housekeeper and a Supervisor for the Hyatt regency in Cambridge for 9 years!
