All Pro Basements truly lives up to their name- I genuinely cant recommend them highly enough. They went far above and beyond what we had even imagined would be the best case scenario for our basement.Our terrifying basement had a little bit of everything wrong with it; a cracked bulkhead foundation leaking water when it rained, a poorly installed D.I.Y sump pump, and a partial dirt crawlspace with boulders and ledge rock sticking halfway out of it.Diego and his team completely transformed our basement space in no time at all. They fixed every single one of the pain points that needed attention- being friendly, professional, precise and communicative while they did it. They installed an entirely new drain + sump pump system to handle the water issues around 3/4 of our basement and transformed the nightmare crawlspace into a HUGE storage area complete with lighting and steps. We gained half our houses footprint back in usable basement space from that crawlspace transformation alone.I will shout it from the rooftops- you will not find a better company to work with to transform your basement. From the friendly, quick response and scheduling of the quote to the handshake goodbye after the project was completed, Diego and his All Pro team exceeded my expectations. Spending money on something preventative can feel nerve-racking (thankfully, this wasnt an emergency), but any doubt disappeared as Diegos team delivered exceptional service installing a crawl space dehumidifier and replacing our sump pump with an outdoor line extension. They even made additional improvements on installation day. Diego went above and beyond by installing a complimentary cover for my neighbors sump pumphe insisted she be taken care of. From beginning to end the process was very easy. Great communication, thorough explanation, answered all my questions and payment process was simple. We had an unexpected basement flood earlier this year, and despite having two sump pumps under warranty, the company we originally worked with provided no support when we needed them most.
