- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In terms of pricing, clients should know that session pricing varies based on group size, location and type of session. - Newborn sessions start at $600 - Family sessions start at $500 - Entrepreneurial Branding sessions start at $500 - Event photography starts at $500 but ranges due to hourly rate My pricing includes session sitting fee, editing fee, rights of permission and usage, and high resolution files. Prints are priced separately and travel fees vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we first begin by discussing the details of the potential session. This includes who will be there, where they are hoping they session will take place, and a general vision. I'll brainstorm with the clients to create a session that fits their needs. I'll also go into a breakdown of how they can prepare, what to expect on the day of and after the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have freelance experience, intern experience, and also am a photo assistant to multiple other photographers in the area! I've been working full time now as a photographer for almost 5 years.
