Julia did an exceptional job. As an elderly couple, keeping up with house cleaning has become overwhelming for us and we were truly grateful for her kindness and professionalism. I cant say enough good things about 311 Cleaning Squad. Julia was the house cleaner who came to my home, and she did a wonderful job.I had let things go due to several health problems and I was honestly feeling embarrassed. Julia immediately put me at ease. She was kind, respectful and made me feel completely comfortable, never judged. That meant more to me than I can express.She worked hard was very thorough and left my home looking and feeling so much better. Julie arrived right on time after the 26 blizzard! She introduced herself and asked for a tour of what I wanted done and promptly began upstairs with the bathroom and bedrooms ! Vacuumed down the stairs and did the kitchen and living room and breezeway She worked quickly and quietly but very efficiently whatever she used on my counters worked wonders - ! We were happy with her job! Thank you
