- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every job is different I want to provide my customers with a fair and accurate price so I will need to set up a free on-site estimate. I do accept Cash, Check, and Credit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the estimate, if it is a labor only job we get to work and accept payment once the job is complete. If it is more complex and the customer needs me to gather material I will ask for the cost of the material and the remainder once the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years in the industry, OSHA certified, Certified for fall protection, first aid, CPR, CSL, Certified in Home Improvement, and we are fully insured.
