Len refinished our basement and added another room from frame to finish. He did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier with the results! I can't recommend him enough, his prices are reasonable, he's very considerate, and provides updates as the project progresses. He'll walk you through all the available options before doing something, and is responsive to your requests. He's very easy to talk to, not demeaning or intimidating in any way (as some contractors can be). We'll definitely be hiring him for more work as it comes up.

Len is a stand up guy, he's very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. I enjoyed my experience having him lay the framework for my soon to be finished basement, the stud work was solid with little in excess and the drywalling was done fabulously. He was present for all the inspections between sections as well. Highly recommended.
